Democrats accuse Susan Collins of ‘corruption’ following report on alleged pay-to-play scheme

Collins’ office as well as FBI officials have said the allegations — contained in an investigative report from ProPublica — are completely false. But Democrats clearly hope to convince voters otherwise in the final six weeks of the fall election campaign.
